It's WOW Wednesday again --- (Way Of Winners) --- time to showcase another winner!

On a recent flight home, I had the pleasure of meeting a young woman who was actually sitting in front of me evesdropping on my conversation with someone else -- LOL!

Once we landed, she stood up, turned around and introduced herself by saying..."when your book comes out, I want a copy!"

This past week we were able to hook up again and I learned about her goals and dreams.  I was so impressed that I just had to make her this week's WOW Wednesday Feature.

Her name is Yasmine Ortiz, and her dream and passion is to launch the "REIN Leadership Program."

The REIN program is designed to create servant leaders by teaching youth their core values through the use of equine assisted learning.  The REIN core values are:
Respect
Empower
Integrity
Neighborly

Yasmine shares, "We believe our youth will impact their schools and communities and be the change agents of the world.  Through this 16-week program utilizing a proven curriculum, our participants learn the value of becoming a servant leader.  We will serve youth from K-8th grades.  In fact we have our first group of kids ready to go.  They are from a group home in SC for abused and neglected children."

Located in the heart of Ballantyne (outside Charlotte, NC), the program is projected to launch in Spring 2015 and she is currently seeking seed money to launch the program. Yasmine is passionate and dedicated to empowering and teaching youth how to believe in themselves despite facing adversities.  REIN exists to place future servant leaders into the world, and their slogan is effective and simple:
Our Leaders REIN!
